About Takeyourday

Takeyourday is a cross-border travel marketplace focusing on immersive local cultural experiences in Chengdu and Chongqing, China.

We do not provide on-site tour services or employ full-time local guides independently. Our core responsibilities include global overseas marketing, product curation, order brokerage, and pre-trip multilingual consultation for travelers from the United States and Japan.

All offline tour arrangements, on-site guide services and activity execution are fully undertaken by our officially licensed travel partners:

1. Chengdu itineraries: Exclusive authorized cooperation with Sichuan China Youth Travel Service (CYTS), a provincial certified travel agency.

2. Chongqing itineraries: All experiences operated by certified local operators under the Chongqing Tour Guide Association.

Similar to mainstream international OTAs, we select and display authentic local travel products from qualified ground suppliers. All on-site service rules, refund & cancellation policies and emergency support are subject to the terms of our local travel partners. Our platform solely acts as an online intermediary sales channel.
